Clients may cancel scheduled consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may incur a fee.
All information shared with TaxmaxPrime is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services. We adhere to strict privacy and data protection laws.
TaxmaxPrime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all materials or advice provided are free of errors. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all submissions before filing.
